Nothing original today, but Toni Pizza came over last night and we attempted to make Joy of Cooking's brownies cockaigne...unfortunately this attempt was unsuccessful due to the fact that we forgot to adjust the recipe to high altitude.
They tasted okay, but had a quite crispy layer on top and were very much concave in the middle. Better luck next time, I hope.
